Description
A small uterus showing a polyp in the endometrium and Nabothian follicles in the cervix; one tube
and ovary appear normal; the other ovary is enlarged by a calcified nodule. The nature of the lesion
is not apparent, but this may be an ovarian teratoma. Other details not known.
